Delete My Data

This page explains how to delete data associated with Voxenor. It is provided for transparency and App Store / Play Store compliance.

Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)

The free mobile reading experience stores your library, progress, translations, and dictionary on your device. No account is required.

To delete all app data:

Open the Voxenor app.
Tap the profile icon (top right).
Choose Clear local data and confirm.

This removes books, translations, dictionary entries, reading progress, and preferences stored by the app.

You can also delete data by uninstalling the app (this removes the app sandbox on your device).

Website account (voxenor.com)

If you created an account on the website, email us to request deletion:

voxenor@gmail.com

Please include the email or username of the account. We will verify ownership when needed and permanently delete associated personal data within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law.

What we delete

Account credentials and profile fields (website).
Server-side reading preferences and vocabulary associated with the account (website).
On-device library and preferences when you use Clear local data or uninstall (Apps).

What we may retain

We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, abuse logs), and only for as long as necessary.
